Run CliniKite fully managed in our secure Indian cloud, or on your own hardware on-premise. Both give you the complete product — the difference is where your data lives and who keeps it running. Pricing is tailored to your clinic, so the next step is a short conversation with our team.
Choose your deployment
Cloud, or on your own hardware.
Both plans include the entire CliniKite product — every feature, with no gating. They differ only in where the software runs and who maintains it.

Live in a day. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
Monthly subscription
Sized to your clinic · billed monthly or annually
Up and running the same day — no hardware, no setup

Not sure which fits? Most clinics start on Cloud for the fastest setup and move to On-Premise only when data-residency rules require it. You can switch either way later.
How they compare
The same product, two homes.
Every clinical, billing, and communication feature is present in both plans. The practical differences come down to where your data sits and how much your clinic wants to manage.

Included in both plans
The complete product, either way.
CliniKite does not gate features behind a higher plan. Every capability listed below is included on both Cloud and On-Premise. Add-ons extend the product; they do not unlock parts of it that were held back.

What is the difference between Cloud and On-Premise?
CliniKite Cloud is fully managed by us — we host it in a secure Indian data region, run every update, and monitor your backups, so your clinic needs no hardware and no IT setup. On-Premise installs the same software on a dedicated machine at your clinic, so patient data stays physically on-site and the system keeps working during internet outages. The product and its features are identical; only where it runs and who maintains it differ.
How is CliniKite Cloud priced?
Cloud is a simple subscription, billed monthly or annually and sized to your clinic. There is no hardware cost and no separate infrastructure bill — hosting, updates, backups, and support are included. Speak with our team for a quote matched to your number of doctors and staff.
How is On-Premise priced?
On-Premise is a one-time software licence plus the cost of a dedicated machine for your clinic. Updates and support are included for the first year and available annually thereafter through the Priority Support add-on. Our team scopes the licence and hardware to your practice.
Who can access my data on CliniKite Cloud?
CliniKite Cloud runs on a shared, multi-tenant platform, but every request is strictly scoped to your clinic, so your staff only ever see your own patients. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and CliniKite does not sell, share, mine, or derive analytics from your clinical records — by policy and by design. If you require that patient data be physically separate and never leave your premises, choose On-Premise.
Can we move between Cloud and On-Premise later?
Yes. Both run exactly the same software, and our team handles migration in either direction with a database transfer at a scheduled maintenance window.
Is training included?
Every plan includes one hour of live training for the doctor and reception staff, covering the complete clinical and billing workflow. Additional training can be arranged on request.
A 20-minute conversation to match you to the right plan.
Our team walks you through Cloud and On-Premise, the add-ons that fit your workflow, and a price tailored to the size of your clinic.
